About Dr. Rohlke MD

I am a board-certified adult psychiatrist, and I founded this clinic to offer a flexible, thoughtful, and individualized style of psychiatric care. After years of experience in public, private, and community mental health settings, I saw how often psychiatric treatment can become rushed, fragmented, or limited by systems that do not leave enough room for nuance. I created this direct-care telepsychiatry practice for adults in California who may be seeking a deeper working relationship with their psychiatrist, more time to understand the full picture, and care that is designed around their actual life rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

I have a special interest in working with high-functioning adults, parents, and neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, depression and/or anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, relationship stress, and questions around identity, potential, and self-understanding. My approach integrates evidence-based psychiatric care with a warm, collaborative, and psychologically minded style. I work best with patients who are curious about themselves, value high-quality personalized care, and are looking for medication management and/or more in-depth care — whether that means clarifying a diagnosis, optimizing treatment, navigating a life transition, or building a more sustainable path forward.
