SERVICES & RATES
Straightforward care & pricing
This is a direct-to-patient practice — membership-based, with no insurance middleman. (Superbills available for visit fees.) Here's what that includes and what it costs.
Initial Consultation
A complimentary 10–15 minute phone call to talk through what’s going on, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit. The consultation does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Evening appointments are available if needed.
Initial Assessment
A thorough telepsychiatry evaluation, usually 60–90 minutes, covering your history, current concerns, and goals. When appropriate, treatment can begin at that visit. In rare cases where in-person care is needed, arrangements can be made at a clinic location.
Follow-Up & Medication Management
Individualized frequency and length, with integrated psychotherapeutic support built in — not bolted on. Visits are often more frequent when starting or changing a medication, then spaced out once things are stable. Working with an outside therapist is always encouraged.
Second Opinions & Physician Consults
A one-time assessment with feedback, or ongoing care. Primary care providers often request consultation on ADHD, especially when the history is unclear, diagnostic questions remain, or medication guidance is needed. For ADHD testing questions, see the FAQ.
ADA Accommodations
For people who already have a diagnosis: an evaluation to determine which workplace accommodations may be necessary, with a letter documenting them.
Lab Work
Orders provided for testing at a local laboratory when clinically indicated. If you’ve had recent labs with another provider, let me know so we can avoid repeat testing.

What your membership covers
Your membership covers the care that happens between appointments, whether you’re seen monthly or every few months:
- Prescription refills between visits, when clinically appropriate
- Secure, direct messaging with me for non-urgent questions
- Responsive scheduling when something changes and you need to be seen sooner
- Coordination with your primary care provider, therapist, and pharmacy
- Prior authorizations, lab orders, and review of results
- Routine forms and paperwork completed outside of appointments
Ongoing care is provided through membership. Visits are billed separately at the rates above. Follow-up frequency is based on clinical need and your preference, and follow-up visits are necessary for ongoing prescription care. Visit fees can be submitted on a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement; membership fees are typically not reimbursable by insurance.
New memberships have a 3-month minimum. After that, membership can be canceled at any time with no cancellation fee. If you return later, a $290 fee applies to re-establish care. Members’ follow-up visits can be rescheduled at no charge. For initial assessments and evaluations, cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments are charged the full fee; there is no charge if you reschedule instead.

Healthcare providers are required to provide an estimate of the bill for services to patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance.
