ABOUT
Dr. Faith Rohlke, MD
I'm a board-certified psychiatrist with experience across public, private, and community mental health settings, and I started this practice because I see the value of adaptability and nuance in effective psychiatric care. I wanted to break out of a model that squeezes every appointment into a fifteen-minute slot, leaving no room for flexibility, follow-up, or the messy reality of an actual life. Here, care is shaped around what you need right now — sometimes more, sometimes less — and it adapts as your life does.
About my practice
My practice is often a great fit for people who are curious about themselves and want to build resilience and thrive.
Many of my patients are high-functioning, high-achieving adults who look like they have it together and are quietly drowning. Many are parents of neurodivergent kids, doing the exhausting work of advocating for their child while running on empty themselves. Some are rebuilding their sense of self after a relationship — often with a narcissistic or emotionally abusive partner or parent — that taught them their own instincts couldn't be trusted.
After your initial assessment, we’ll plan together and discuss recommendations for next steps. That might mean I stay closely involved as your psychiatric care evolves, or that I remain a consultant and provide the recommendations you need. If you’re already stable on a safe regimen that works for you, we can maintain what’s working and adjust only if needed.
